The Board of Directors consists of fourteen Professional/Amateur members of which no less than 30% are professional members. The term of office is 3 years. Directors are elected by majority of votes by Senior members. If a vacancy occurs, the remaining Board members may appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term or may choose to leave the Board seat open until the next election. The Board holds a minimum of four (4) meetings annually.  The annual meeting is held in January, on the second Monday, or any day chosen by the Board, if needed. All Senior and Amateur members are invited to attend.
